How do I exchange and return an item?

You have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return your items.

When will my credit card be charged? What payment methods do you offer?

Payment is taken from your account at the time of dispatch.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and JCB cards.

Please note, available payment options may change depending on the items within your shopping bag.

Will I be paying customs and duties?

Customs and duties are pre-paid by us, so you don’t have to worry about being charged for them upon arrival of your parcel.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship worldwide! Unfortunately, we are unable to send to PO Boxes and military addresses.
